Working Conditions and Payment Standards

Dear Partner,

The working rules and payment standards applicable to all transportation services carried out in cooperation with our company are detailed below. All drivers are expected to fully comply with these rules. These standards are binding in order to maintain our service quality and ensure customer satisfaction. The standard taximeter unit prices determined for each vehicle type are presented in a table under the heading 4. Standard Prices at the bottom of this page. If you would like to apply special pricing for your vehicles outside of the standard rates, please contact us.

1. Payment Policy

Commission Rate: A 25% service commission is deducted by our company from the total income earned from each transport service.
Payment Schedule: After deducting the commission, the remaining amount is transferred to the bank account provided by the driver/partner on the 17th of each month.
Official Holidays: If the 17th falls on an official holiday, payment will be made on the next business day.
Reporting: A detailed income and deduction report is provided to you for each payment period.
Payment Requests: Drivers must never request payment from customers. All reservations are pre-paid by our company.

2. General Working Rules

Passenger Pickup: Airport pickups will be carried out in the arrivals area.
Information Check: All reservation forms must be reviewed carefully. Requests for additional services such as child seats or extra luggage must be fully met. These details are clearly stated in the form and are essential for error-free and complete reservations.
Vehicle Cleanliness: The vehicle used for transportation must be thoroughly cleaned inside and out. General hygiene checks should be conducted before each reservation.
Dress Code and Personal Grooming: Drivers must be well-groomed and wear clean, appropriate attire.
Customer Communication: Always be polite, respectful, and friendly with customers. A solution-oriented approach should be adopted in case of any issues.
Timely Arrival: Be present at the designated location at least 10 minutes before the reservation time.
No Smoking or Strong Scents: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. Avoid using strong-scented perfumes.
Transport Safety: Strictly comply with traffic rules during the ride and prioritize customer safety at all times.

3. Implementation and Supervision

The rules mentioned above are mandatory under our company’s quality policy and will be checked through periodic audits. In cases of rule violations, sanctions such as warnings, temporary suspension, or termination of the partnership may be applied.
