Our company prioritizes customer satisfaction while delivering transportation services. However, in case of cancellations or refund requests, the following terms apply to all services provided by our taxi company.
1. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, the following conditions will apply:
- Cancellation 24 hours in advance: No fee will be charged for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Cancellation 12–24 hours in advance: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Cancellation less than 12 hours in advance: The full amount will be charged.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- Service not provided: If the booking was confirmed but the service was not delivered (e.g., the vehicle could not be dispatched), a full refund will be issued.
- Incorrect billing: If the customer was incorrectly charged during the booking process, the difference will be refunded.
3. Valid Refund and Cancellation Cases
All refund and cancellation requests must comply with the conditions stated at the time of booking. To qualify for a refund or cancellation, you must contact us within the defined timeframes. Refunds are issued only via the original payment method.
4. Emergency Situations and Exceptions
In the event of force majeure such as extreme weather conditions or other emergencies, services may be delayed or canceled. In such cases, refunds may not be guaranteed, but we will do our best to offer alternative solutions.

To submit a cancellation or refund request, please contact our customer service team. Make sure to provide your booking number and relevant details clearly.
