Pricing Policy
This pricing policy has been prepared by Efe Travel to ensure transparent and fair pricing of the taxi and private transfer services we offer. Our aim is to inform our customers in advance and prevent any surprise costs.
1. Basic Fare Structure
- Base Fare: A fixed opening fee applies to every journey.
- Per-Kilometer Charge: Fares are calculated based on the distance traveled.
- Waiting Fee: A per-minute waiting charge may apply in the event of traffic delays, passenger waiting time, or stops.
2. Fixed-Rate Zones
Certain pick-up and drop-off points—such as airports—have fixed-rate tariffs. For example:- Transfers between the airport and the city center are offered at a fixed rate.
- Journeys within a 15 km radius are charged at a fixed fare; beyond 15 km, the meter tariff applies.
3. Peak-Hour Pricing
During busy traffic hours or on public holidays, dynamic pricing may come into effect. In such cases, fares will adjust according to current traffic and demand conditions.4. Night Surcharge
Trips conducted during night hours (e.g., 22:00 – 06:00) may incur an additional night surcharge on top of the standard fare.5. Special Requests & Additional Services
- Child seats, oversized luggage, extra stops or layovers: May incur additional charges if arranged in advance.
- VIP vehicle selection or multiple-passenger requests: Subject to special rates.
